====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is third attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Sheikhpura ( Kusumbha O.P.) P.S. Case No.209/15 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that on earlier occasion entire fact was not placed and, as such, he tried to persuade the court for summoning the case diary. However, considering the merit of the case, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. Accordingly, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for summoning the case diary.

The petition stands dismissed.
