1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Trial no.243 of 2022 (arising out of Majhaulia P.S. Case no.175 of 2000) registered under sections 364, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in which cognizance has been taken under section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner referring to the observation of the learned trial Court made while rejecting the application for bail of the petitioner vide order dated 21.8.2023 passed in Bail Petition no.3199 of 2023 (passed by the learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah), seeks permission to withdraw this application to renew his prayer for bail in the learned trial Court itself.

4. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
