2. The petitioner, who is a Block Teacher, has filed this writ petition challenging Memo No. 204 dated 03.05.2023 issued under the signature of Block Panchayat Raj Officer-cumExecutive Officer, Udwant Nagar, Bhojpur by which the petitioner has been terminated from service with immediate

Patna High Court CWJC No.15076 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 effect on the ground of non-passing of Training till 19.10.2022.

Since the petitioner is Block Teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty to the petitioner.
