(a) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to remove the encroachment over Public Road/ the main Link Road from Mathurapur Bazaar to Ghatera Takya Road via Pasi Tola, Mathurapur made

Patna High Court CWJC No.15516 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 by the respondents no. 7 to 10 by installing two big Iron gates covering the entire width of the road due to which the said road is completely blocked which is the only way of communication of people of the said locality and the main road of the villagers of Mathurapur village is completely blocked.

(b) For the issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents who despite of several representations/ public petitions did not take any action against the respondent no. 7 to 10 and also for not removing the encroachment made over "Aam Rasta" (public land) of the villagers of Mathurapur village.

(c) For issuance of any other order/ directions for which the petitioner may be entitled for in Public Interest under the facts and circumstances of the case stated herein under.

2. Considering the relief sought for, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before respondent No. 5, who shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ application stands disposed of.
