2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 376 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to market, in the way, the petitioner along with other accused persons intercepted his way. Further, the accused persons started snatching his money and when he protested, the petitioner assaulted him with iron rod on his mouth, as a result of which, he became unconscious and the accused persons took away Rs. 10,000/- from his pocket.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. It is a case of free fight between two groups and both the groups have compromised in case and counter case.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 376 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
