The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not put on Test Identification Parade. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No.46 of 2019.
