1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities, especially the District Magistrate, Katihar to enquire into the matter personally and take suitable legal action against the encroachers, who have illegally constructed shops over the wet land/ water bodies land, in violation of Government orders and for further issuing a writ directing the Circle Officer, Manihari to immediately remove the encroachment from the said land in terms of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15053 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court, in CWJC No. 9692 of 2015."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Katihar, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
