The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case no. 392 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
43 Kg. Ganja is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession rather from the house which does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Seizure list witnesses are not the independent witnesses rather police personnel. The petitioner has been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer is rejected.
However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within 09 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
