The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the informant was snatched away by Rs 42,500/- which was collected by the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12-07-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner's name was disclosed in this case in the confessional statement of coaccused. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was not put on test identification parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019.
