The petitioner has filed this petition against the order dated 02.08.2017 passed in Misc. Case No.11 of 2008 by which the judgment and decree passed in Title Suit No.14 of 2003 is set aside and the suit is restored to its original file. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any merit in this civil miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
