Learned Senior counsel for the appellant submits that in view of Circular No.09/2024 (F.No.279/Misc./M74/2024-ITJ) dated 17.09.2024, the instant appeal is barred by the pecuniary jurisdiction as per column no.2 of the aforesaid circular. Senior counsel submits that the department may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal.
