JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.03.2018 passed in CWJC no. 2621 of 2018, the Superintendent Engineer, Building Construction Department, Purnea has passed a reasoned order dated 16.05.2019 rejecting the case of the petitioners.

Having regard to the fact that the aforesaid order dated 16.05.2019 has already been passed in compliance of the

Patna High Court MJC No.2209 of 2018(4) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 order of this Court, the present contempt petition stands disposed off, however with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the same, in case they are aggrieved.
