Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the Writ Court stands complied. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got his second M.A.C.P. but revision of the same has not been done and it has been fairly submitted that the said relief was not part of the order in the writ application of which the present contempt is alleged.
