Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of robbery of motorcycle is against unknown. The said motorcycle was recovered from the front side of the meet shop of the petitioner. Submission is that the motorcycle might have been parked by a customer. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 30.06.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61718 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No.440 of 2019, G.R.No.1952 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
