CORAM:

HONOURABLE MR.

JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 The instant writ application has been listed, under the heading "For Orders (on office notes)", for correction of the date of the order No.7, which has been typed as "06.05.2015" in place of "06.05.2016".

Let the date of order no.7 be read as order dated "06.05.2016" in place of order dated "06.05.2015". The order no.7, dated 06.05.2016 is modified to the extent indicated above.

The case can be disposed of on the ground that the Zila Parishad, Muzaffarpur has paid the admitted dues of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9153 of 2013 (8) dt.27-06-2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the dues has been paid, but the same has been paid belatedly after 6 to 7 years.

In that situation, it will be open for the petitioner to file a representation before the appropriate authority for belated payment of the dues.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
