The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Aaftab Alam. Further submission is that on perusal of Postmortem Report, only one injury is found on the person of the deceased, which does not corroborate the prosecution case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.49852 of 2017 (3) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
