The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019 in connection with Muffasil (Gaya) P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first information report is against unknown persons but subsequently on the basis of the confessional statement of nonFIR accused namely, Sunny Kumar Verma @ Chotu, the petitioner was taken into custody. However, nothing has been recovered from his possession nor has he been placed on T.I. Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.59304 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil (Gaya) P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019.
