The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahindwara P.S. Case No.24 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police on secret information raided the orchard from where 4 litres of country made liquor was recovered. The informant disclosed that from reliable sources he came to know that it was petitioner, who was selling liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the informant did not disclose the source of information.
