The petitioners have filed this writ petition for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to implement the final judgment and order dated 14.09.2009, passed in CWJC No.15848 of 2006 against which LPA No.1309 of 2009 was preferred and the same was disposed of.
Since the order passed in CWJC No.15848 of 2006 has been complied with and notification under Section 26A of the Consolidation Act has been issued, in this view of the fact, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is dismissed accordingly.
