2. The regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.4.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 4467 of 2023 and while rejecting the bail petition, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after three months of framing of the charges.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that charges have been framed on 13.06.2023. He has submitted further that other accused persons have been granted bail by this Court.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67230 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur at Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 325 of 2021 with the following conditions:- (i) The learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case, except the cases mentioned in paragrah-3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted. (ii) The petitioner shall make himself available before the court below on each and every date.
