The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with limited relief as petitioner's Service Appeal No. 22 of 2023 has been pending before the learned Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga challenging the order contained in Memo No.1419/Est. dated 27.11.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Samastipur (annexed as Annexure-8) by which the petitioner was dismissed from service.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a

Patna High Court CWJC No.14769 of 2024(2) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 direction may be given to the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga (respondent no.2) to pass order on petitioner's Service Appeal No. 22 of 2023.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that a direction may be given to pass final order on petitioner's Service Appeal No. 22 of 2023, if not disposed off till date.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga (respondent no.2) to pass final order on petitioner's Service Appeal No. 22 of 2023 which has been filed by the petitioner challenging his punishment order contained in Memo No.1419/Est. dated 27.11.2023 within 90 days from the date of production of the order, if not disposed off till date.
