2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 328 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 366A, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

3. It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused kidnapped the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2023. He further submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he was in relationship with the victim girl.

5. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, it appears that she was in relationship with

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District & Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Muzaffarpur in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 328 of 2022. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U T
