No. 2267 of 2018, State communicated with the Registrar, Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur through different letters and ultimately, the concerned Registrar of the University has passed a reasoned order on 01.05.2024 contained

Patna High Court MJC No.2267 of 2018(9) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 in Annexure- R/7 of the present petition. From the said order, it is clear that the claim of the petitioner has been disposed of.

3. In view of the fact that the MJC No. 2267 of 2018 stands disposed the Interlocutory Application No. 01 of 2024 has now become infructuous.
