This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.585 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The recovery is of 7.55 grams of smack. The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2023.

Considering the fact that the recovery is of intermittent quantity, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71401 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.585 of 2023.

This is subject to the condition that petitioners shall mark his attendance in Gopalganj (Town) Police Station, District-Gopalganj, on first Sunday of every month.
