2 The prayer is for the following reliefs:
"That this application is being preferred on behalf of the petitioners above named for quashing of the order dated 13.11.2014 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger whereby he has taken cognizance against the petitioners under Sections 341, 323, 337, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code in G R No 1651 of 2014 arising out of Kharagpur P S Case No 204 of 2014.
Presently, the case is pending in the Court of SDJM, Sadar, Munger."
3 It has been fairly submitted by Mr Prashant Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners that the petition was preferred
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18510 of 2016(3) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 in 2016 and as no interim direction was granted, the case moved on and now it is at the stage of evidence.
4 In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate that the same is taken to its logical conclusion. 5 With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues available to him before the concerned Court.
