The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to appoint the petitioner on the post of 'Vyavsay Anudeshak' (Welder) against the advertisement No. 17 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 published by Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna with consequential benefits. Further prayer has been made for modification in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14626 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 final result dated 21.08.2024 published by the Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed representation before the authority which is annexed as Annexure-P/11 and till date no order has been passed.

4. Learned Counsel for the Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna submits that petitioner is in no way entitled for appointment to the post of 'Vyavsay Anudeshak' (Welder) but it is true that he has filed a representation on 26.08.2024 which is annexed as Annexure-P/11.

5. In this view of the matter, this Court, without entering into merits and demerits of this case, directs the Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna to pass reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within 90 days.
