2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., on 25.04.2025 at about 9 AM, while the informant was at home, these petitioners alongwith other FIR named co-accused persons came and co-accused Harendra Singh assaulted informant on his head with Farsa, due to which, he fell down and thereafter, petitioner no. 1 assaulted informant with Danda and petitioner no. 2 snatched gold chain worth Rs. 90,000/- from the neck of informant's wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant and petitioner no. 3 are own brothers and due to partition dispute between the parties, quarrel took place, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner no. 1 & 2 are wife and son of petitioner no. 3. As per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Harendra Singh. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the relationship between the parties and general & omnibus allegation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 230 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
