JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 This petition has been filed for permission to correct the pleading in CWJC No. 5912 of 2018. In the pleading the place of posting of petitioner No. 7, Lalan Paswan is mentioned as Gandhi Praveshika School, Krishnaashram, Bhenvad Skaria, District- Jehanabad whereas the correct place of posting is Rajkiyakrit High School, Makhdumpur, District-Jehanabad. In view of the above, error crept in the order dated 16.5.2018 in the place of posting of petitioner no. 7.

Considering the petition for modification in the order and the statements made therein that present place of posting of petitioner No. 7 is Rajkiyakrit High School, Makhdumpur, District-Jehanabad, the order dated 16.5.2018 is modified to the extent that the present place of posting of petitioner No. 7 should be read as "Rajkiyakrit High School, Makhdumpur, District-Jehanabad" in place of " Gandhi Praveshika School, Krishnaashram, Bhenvad Skaria, District- Jehanabad". The aforesaid correction may be read in the order dated 16.5.2018.
