2. The petitioner, being aggrieved by the order of demolition dated 17.08.2024 passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

3. This writ petition is being disposed of with observation that the petitioner may raise his grievance(s) before the Statutory Authority under Section 323(3) of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 within a period of one month and if it is
