Petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing of the order dated 29.02.2016 whereby the petitioner was posted at Mokama. Petitioner has also prayed for direction to the respondents to pay salary for the month of March, 2016. The issue of posting vide order dated 29.02.2016 does not warrant any interference as the step for posting of petitioner was initiated in administrative exigency.

So far as the payment of salary is concerned, liberty is

Patna High Court CWJC No.10555 of 2016(5) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 granted to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent University who shall decide the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order regarding payment of salary for the month of March, 2016 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
