JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Though the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to make proper investigation of Roh P. S. Case No. 69 of 2015 for offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, learned counsel for the State submits that in the said case the investigation has been done and the case has been found true against the petitioner. It is also submitted that he is absconding for the present.
In the given facts and circumstances, this Court would not exercise its extra writ jurisdiction in the present case. Let the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1697 of 2018(3) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 investigation be completed in the case and report in this regard be submitted at the earliest.
