The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that prior to the institution of the FIR in question, the sister of the petitioner had already instituted Mahila P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 against the son and husband of the informant and there is an inordinate and unexplained delay of six days in institution of the first information report, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
