2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57345 of 2023 by which the petitioners were granted bail with one of the conditions that the bailor should be a family member of the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that since the family members have been implicated, it is not possible to comply the condition.

4. Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the document submitted by the cousin brother, the Court concerned is directed to accept the
