2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the appointment of the respondent no. 12 as the same is said to be obtained by means

3. After some argument, on a query made by this Court regarding locus standi of the writ petitioner, permission has been sought for with liberty to avail the alternative remedy or to approach before the concerned authorities for redressal of the grievance.
