JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the mistake in the memo of parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make the corrections during the course of the day. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation with regard to his grievances and the concerned

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the petitioner to file a representation within two weeks from today before the respondent no. 5 and in case, such representation is filed, the respondent no. 5 shall dispose of the same considering the relevant rules on the subject matter.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the case of the petitioner has already been rejected. In such view of the matter, it is made clear that in case, the case of the petitioner has neither been rejected nor the same has been considered in the light of the relevant rules, the respondent no. 5 shall consider the grievances of the petitioner herein and dispose of the same.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
