2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 10.02.2015 passed by learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners has been found true and the charge-sheet has been submitted by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15677 of 2016(4) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 police. This Court will not see the defence materials at this stage.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
