The issue of renewal of SBBL Gun license to the ExCRPF personnel is pending since 2009. The officials connected with the renewal of arms license have consumed 10 years, yet they have not taken any decision.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the Court is constrained to direct the District Magistrate, Jehanabad to take decision on the application for renewal of gun license of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12227 of 2015(4) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 petitioner, who is Ex-CRPF personnel, within a period of 30 days after the general election.
