The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 879 of 2018, G.R. No. 9067 of 2018 for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of Honda Passion Pro Motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than nine months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
