2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78839 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 384, 341, 326, 307, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. The following order was passed on 29.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 78839 of 2023 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pandarak P.S. Case No.91 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 341, 326, 307, 120- B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that petitioner and others have demanded extortion (rangdari) from the informant and on nonfulfillment of said demand, they have fired which hit the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2023. He is also accused in three serious criminal cases.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case other accused persons have been granted bail by the Court below.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail for the present. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.

6. Call for the bail orders of accused persons in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No.91 of 2022 from the concerned Court below.

7. List this case after three weeks under the heading "For Orders".

5. This application has become infructuous as the trial has been concluded.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
