JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected taking note of allegation levelled against him but the impugned order dated 13.06.2017 passed by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge goes to show that charge sheet has already been submitted but up till now charge could not be framed against the petitioner, particularly, in the circumstance, when petitioner is in jail custody since 06.06.2016 in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
