This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to make proper enquiry with regard to the issuance of Parcha under the Land Ceiling Act to one Sonelal Ram pertaining to Khata No. 391, Plot No. 1764, Area 1.20 Acre, Mauza- Patsara, Thana No. 911 (Old Circle Muraul and New Circle- Bandra) and ensure removal of encroachment made by Sonelal Ram on the land of the petitioner.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Collector, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 2) with all the necessary documents in his support.

4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Collector, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 2) within a period of eight weeks from today.

5. In the event such representation is filed within the stipulated time, Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of eight months from the date of filing of such representation.

6. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
