2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 395 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S.Case No. 91 of 2022.

3. As per the allegation, four accused persons, at the point of pistol, snatched Rs.4,00,000/- and other valuables from the possession of the informant while he was returning from market.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and due to animosity, the coaccused who was arrested, has named the petitioner. He is a

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III at Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S.Case No. 91 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
