In the present review application, the petitioner has sought to review the judgment and order dated 24.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.20339 of 2011. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and there being no error apparent on the face of the record and since the review Court cannot engage itself in addressing the issues, which have already been decided in

Patna High Court C. REV. No.397 of 2017 (8) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 the writ application, the review of the judgment cannot be entertained.
