2. While hearing the prayer for bail of the petitioner on 28.11.2025, the learned counsel for the informant pointed out that the petitioner did not disclose the fact that his earlier prayer for bail was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No.12838 of 2025. The Registrar General, Patna High Court was directed to enquire into the matter and to ascertain as to how such an erroneous note was given by the office and the Deputy Registrar of the concerned office was directed to identify the officer(s) responsible for the lapse.
4. The explanation/show cause received from the concerned, shows that the person who was responsible has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72551 of 2025(4) dt.13-02-2026 2/2 solicited an unconditional apology, mentioning that it was a mistake and that he shall remain vigilant in the future.
5. The show cause submitted by the concerned officials is accepted. The concerned officer is directed to remain careful in the future.
6. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he deliberately concealed the fact that his prayer for bail was earlier refused and the deponent also concealed this fact.
7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
8. The learned Registrar General, Patna High Court, Patna, is directed to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action against the erring persons.
