JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 Mr. Siya Ram Shahi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 07.04.2015 has been substantially complied with. In view of the stands so taken, in my opinion, no case of deliberate disobedience can be said to be made out. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to raise his plea before the opposite parties if there is any dispute in respect of payment of any amount which he is entitled to under the law but has not been paid.
