JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order, orders, direction, commanding the respondents to provide the protection to the petitioners and his family as he is being threatened by the respondent nos. 7 to 25 to face dire consequence, as they are demanding their share of income from Mazar of Abdurs Sattar Bangali Sb. which come from their follower for looking after the Mazar."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
