(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or direction, and to quash the order dated 24.04.2015 passed by the respondent-- D.C.L.R., Araria in case no. 258 of 2013-14 whreby the respondent -D.C.L.R. held that the application filed by the petitioner is not under the purview of Bihar Land dispute

Patna High Court CWJC No.18962 of 2018(3) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 Resolution Act and directed the petitioner to avail remedy under section 48[D] of B.T. Act and to restrain the respondents from disturbing the possession of the petitioner or any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is entitled. to.

3. For want of prosecution, the writ petition is dismissed.
