Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of POCSO Act. Taking into consideration the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated about the rape in guarded language, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 21 of 2018 arising out of Supaul Mahila P.S.
