2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 354, 354B, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, petitioner no. 1 came to the house of the informant and started abusing him. On protest, the petitioners along with other FIR named accused persons started assaulting him. Further, co-accused Shiva Balak Shah and petitioner no. 1 wrapped Gamchha around the neck of the informant, with an intention to kill him. It is further alleged that

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries are simple in nature. Both the parties are agnates and there is already dispute between them.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 2236 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
