2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 2197 of 2023 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 10.04.2023.

3. On 10.04.2023, a coordinate bench passed the following order:

"As prayed for, three weeks' time is

Patna High Court MJC No.2702 of 2023(3) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, failing which the present writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench".

4. As the same was not complied, it stood dismissed on 01.05.2023.

5. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 4 and 5, the MJC No. 2702 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

6. The C.W.J.C. No. 2197 of 2023 is restored to its original file subject to payment of the amount, as stated above. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
